Our Strategic Priorities (2025–2027)
Diversity & Inclusion
Create a more welcoming and accessible sport by building an Inclusion & Diversity Network, partnering with clubs and community groups, and offering new pathways for underrepresented participants.
Products
Deliver a more relevant and dynamic athletics experience by reviewing existing programs, developing new offerings beyond traditional track and field, and aligning products with community needs.
Pathways
Support clear, accessible development pathways for athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers—supported by training, mentoring and a strong community culture.
Organisational Sustainability
Strengthen governance, improve financial health, and become a workplace of choice—ensuring Capital Athletics can support long-term success for the sport and its people.
