Program of Events
Athletes must compete in their correct age category based on year of birth. Events are structured as follows:

| Age 18–19M | 5km | 12:00pm | 2 × 2.5km Loops | |||
| Age 18–19F | 4km | 12:15pm | 1.5km + 2.5km Loops | |||
| Open (20+) | 6km | 12:15pm | 1km + 2 × 2.5km Loops |
Para and Multi-Class events are integrated into this schedule. Refer to the Technical Regulations for details on eligibility and distances.
Eligibility
Athletes must be:

Registered and financial members of a Capital Athletics club, an Australian Athletics-affiliated club, Little Athletics Australia, or a World Athletics-affiliated overseas club.

Athletes must compete in their own age group – no exceptions.

Para athletes must have at least a Provisional Classification and cannot compete in both able-bodied and Para events for the same age category.

Check-In & Bib Collection

Check-in closes 30 minutes before your race.

No call room – report to the start line 10 minutes prior.

Competition bib and club uniform (with age patch) must be worn.
Multi-Class & Para Events

Multi-Class events are offered for U6–U9 and U13–Open.

Events run alongside able-bodied age races.

All Para events are ranked using Baseline.
