Capital Athletics Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Capital Athletics Incorporated (ABN: 49 865 539 710) warmly invites all members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is an important opportunity for our community to come together, share updates, and contribute to the direction of Capital Athletics. Following the AGM, an Association Meeting will be held to provide updates on current projects and allow for Q&A.

Attendance & Voting Rights
  • All Affiliate Members, Associate Members, Competing Members, Non-Competing Members, and Life Members are welcome to attend, speak, and debate at the AGM.

  • In line with Rule 9.1, only Voting Members (Affiliated Members) are entitled to vote.

  • As per Rule 7.7, Voting Members may appoint one Representative by written notice lodged with the CEO at least 24 hours before the meeting. Notices may be submitted completing the nomination form here: Nomination Form Link.
