This nomination portal is for athletes wishing to be considered for Team ACT for the 2026 Australian Athletics All Schools Championships, Perth, 4–6 December 2026, and the 3000m at Zatopek, Melbourne, 11 December 2026.

Events contested at ACT Championships

If you are nominating for an event contested at the ACT 13 & Over Track & Field Championships, you must compete in that event/s on 22 September 2026.

If unable to compete due to injury/illness, a compulsory school event or higher-level competition, an Extenuating Circumstances form and supporting documentation must be emailed to admin@capitalathletics.au by 9.00am Monday 28 September. You must also complete this nomination portal.

Events NOT contested at ACT Championships

If you are nominating for an event not contested at ACT Championships, you are not required to attend the Championships.

You may nominate using:

• A performance from High Noon #3 or #4; this event is open to members and non members
• An eligible performance from a sanctioned meet between 1 January–22 September 2026. 

A URL to the above performances must be provided a time of nomination.

High Noon attendance is not compulsory if you already have an eligible performance.

Important Information

• Nominations close Monday 28 September 2026 at 9am.
• All Schools is non-team travel – athletes are required to arrange their own travel and accommodation.
• The 3000m will be held at Zatopek in Melbourne on 11 December. Nominations are still via this portal.
• Selected athletes must accept their position by 14 October 2026 at 9am.
• No late nominations or acceptances will be considered.
