2026 Annual General Meeting – Advance Notice
Capital Athletics will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 22 August 2026.
The meeting time, venue and attendance arrangements (including virtual attendance options) will be confirmed in the Formal Notice of AGM, which will be issued on or before 1 August 2026.
This Advance Notice includes:
- Board positions open for nomination
- Key AGM dates
- Information on submitting Notices of Motion
- Board Nomination Form
Board nominations are now open for:
- President (1 position)
- Elected Directors (2 positions)
📅 Annual General Meeting: Saturday, 22 August 2026
📅 Board Nominations & Notices of Motion Close: 11:59pm, Saturday, 25 July 2026
Following the AGM, Capital Athletics intends to host a Clubs Forum, providing an opportunity for clubs to collaborate and discuss priorities for the 2026/27 season.
