🌟 Join the Ubuntu Program 2026 – 5 Weeks of Fun, Fitness & Community!

Presented by the African Australian Council ACT in partnership with Capital Athletics.

Ubuntu means “I am because we are” — and this program is all about coming together, getting active, and growing stronger as a community.

Over 5 weeks, you and your family will enjoy engaging, family-friendly athletics sessions designed for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills, you’ll learn fundamental athletics techniques, build fitness, and make meaningful connections in a welcoming and supportive environment.

What to Expect:

  • Fun, inclusive athletics activities tailored for children, youth, and adults
  • Skill development in a caring, non-competitive setting
  • Opportunities to meet new people and connect with local organisations
  • A strong sense of belonging and community spirit

You can join at any time — Every session counts, and you’ll still gain valuable skills and friendships.

Special Highlight: Participants who join the Ubuntu Program will have the exciting opportunity to showcase what they’ve learned in a friendly competition on Community Sports Day 2026 - 10th October

Spots are limited to keep the program personal and high-quality.

Be part of something special. Build skills. Make friends. Feel the Ubuntu spirit.

📅 Program Dates: Saturdays from 4 Sept to 3 Oct 2026 (5weeks)
